Ski racing is more than just split times, podiums, and finish lines. It’s a lifestyle, a community, and an emotion shared between athletes and fans across the world. Few projects capture this spirit as authentically as SKIRACING.CLUB – a brand built directly from within the ski racing family.
Co-founded by Dominic Tritscher together with Max Strametz and Peter Mitterhauser, this initiative is reshaping how fans engage with the sport and the athletes they admire.
A Brand Born Where Ski Racing Lives
Salzburg, Austria – the home of SKIRACING.CLUB – is not just a convenient address. It’s a symbol of everything the brand stands for. Nestled in the Alps, surrounded by training centers and mountain culture, the founders remain close to the heartbeat of the sport.
As Dominic puts it, “Our base in Salzburg keeps us connected and real. Ski racing isn’t just a sport here – it’s part of daily life. That environment shapes every idea we bring to life.”
This deep-rooted alpine identity is felt in every collection they release.
From an Idea to a Movement
The inspiration for SKIRACING.CLUB grew from noticing a gap: fans and athletes share an unusually strong bond, yet very few ways exist to express it meaningfully. The founders believed they could change that.
“We saw how passionate fans are and how much they want to support their athletes,” Dominic explains. “But the tools to express that connection were missing. We wanted to build a bridge through authentic merchandise and storytelling.”
What began as a simple platform for athletes to show who they are beyond race results has transformed into a creative collaboration hub, where athletes co-design their own collections and fans become part of their journey.
Authentic Products With Purpose
The brand’s philosophy goes far beyond printing logos on apparel. Every product is meant to capture a piece of the athlete’s personality and the spirit of ski racing as a whole.
Dominic highlights this approach: “We wanted to create products fans are proud to wear and athletes feel connected to. Each item tells a small part of a bigger story – passion, dedication, and the love for the mountains.”
Their commitment to quality and sustainability is equally strong. All items are produced on-demand, avoiding waste, with many collections crafted in Austria or nearby European partners, keeping production personal and responsible.
Celebrating the People Behind the Goggles
Choosing athletes for their collections isn’t about chasing podiums. It’s about celebrating character.
“We work with athletes who want to build something beyond the finish line,” Dominic says. “Results matter, of course, but what inspires us most is personality and authenticity.”
This approach is why their collaborations feel intimate and genuine. Fans aren’t just buying merchandise—they’re wearing stories, attitudes, and values they connect with. At the moment, their collections feature merchandise from Alex Vinatzer, Manuel Feller, Timon Haugan, or Sam Maes.
A Community That Keeps Growing
More than anything, Dominic hopes that people feel a sense of belonging when they wear SKIRACING.CLUB.
“We want fans to feel part of something—the energy, the dedication, the lifestyle that defines ski racing,” he shares. “When someone puts on our apparel, they carry a bit of that mountain spirit with them.”
With all products available at skiracing.club and occasional pop-up activations at major events, the brand continues to expand organically, driven by passion rather than mass production.
Looking ahead, the vision remains ambitious: stronger athlete communities, exclusive drops, and a bigger international footprint—while keeping authenticity at the core.
“Our goal is clear,” Dominic concludes. “We want to become the home for ski racing culture and style.”
